Terms of Service

Last updated July 17, 2026

By using Ersa, you're agreeing to what's below. She's still in beta, so these terms will probably evolve as she does. Questions? georgianagionescu@gmail.com

What Ersa is

Ersa's a focus and attention support tool, for people dealing with attention, overload, getting stuck, all of that. She notices patterns and offers gentle check-ins. She does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or mental health condition.

What Ersa is not

Ersa is not a medical device, not therapy, not a crisis service, not a substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis or need real support, please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis line (988 or Crisis Text Line in the US, or whatever your local emergency number is). Check the Privacy Policy for how she handles crisis-related language.

Beta software

Ersa's under active development. Stuff may change, break, or reset without warning while she's in beta. She's free during this period, with a daily usage limit to keep her running for everyone. That might change later, and you'll be told if it does.

Acceptable use

Use Ersa the way she's meant to be used. Don't try to abuse, get around, or overload the service (including the rate limits), and don't use her in any way that could harm yourself or anyone else.

No account, no warranty

There's no account system right now. Ersa doesn't collect a password or a sign-in. Your data lives locally on your device, per the Privacy Policy. She's provided "as is," no warranty of any kind. I can't guarantee she'll always be available, accurate, or error-free, and I'm not liable for anything that comes from relying on her.

Changes and termination

I may modify, suspend, or shut down Ersa or any part of her at any time, especially during this beta period. If you keep using her after these terms change, that means you accept the new version.

Governing terms

These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Ersa about using the app.
